Dawn is one of our longest-serving employee and perfectly demonstrates our commitment to providing the local community with jobs for life. Joining us as a picker, Dawn took a break to raise her family, returning to the twilight shift before coming back full-time.
Throughout her time at Wilton, Dawn has progressed through various roles and is now responsible for making sure that our production runs smoothly and your carpet reaches you in a timely fashion; overseen by one of our most experienced hands.
