Beautiful carpets for luxury treehouse lodges
Ramside Hall Hotel, near Durham has just launched 5 new treehouses, expanding it’s luxury guest offering at the hotel, golf resort and spa.
The hotel’s longstanding relationship with architects and interior designers, Space ID meant they were the first choice to design and build these sumptuous hideaways. There are 4 A-frame tree houses, on 2 levels nestled into the tree line with far reaching views over the golf course and beyond, to be enjoyed from floor to ceiling windows or from your private hot tub. There’s also a wedding treehouse, perfect for functions and special occasions, catering for up to 60 guests.
The well appointed ground floor in the tree houses feature the Feather design rugs from our Vignette collection, offering a cosy zone in the luxurious living space. Upstairs in the beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, Space ID opted for the contemporary distressed herringbone styling of Eternity Angelite to complement the opulent tones and decadent copper free-standing bath.
Marc Hardy, at Space ID was keen to bring the natural world into the scheme of the treehouses, using reclaimed wood, rustic stone walls, and of course, the natural, British wool in Wilton Carpets; almost curating the very best of the landscape in these beautiful retreats.
